Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

1.1 Perishable Items 

Perishable items cannot be returned. However, you may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled

  • The product was delivered past its expiration date

  • The product delivered was incorrect

  • The product was missing from your order

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the issue (e.g., damaged or spoiled item).


1.2 Non-Perishable Items (e.g., packaged goods, beverages, household items)

Non-perishable items may be returned or refunded if:

  • They are unopened and in original condition

  • They were delivered damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
